By accessing or using MentorAID Connect ("MentorAID", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MentorAID Connect is a marketplace that connects users with independent mentors for one-on-one sessions. Mentors are independent individuals and are not employees of MentorAID Connect unless expressly stated. Any guidance a mentor provides reflects that mentor's individual experience and opinion.

To use the platform, you must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Sessions are booked subject to mentor availability and, where a fee applies, are confirmed only on successful payment. All applicable fees are shown before you complete a booking. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Mentorship on the platform is meant to guide and support your preparation, drawing on each mentor's individual experience and insight. Our mentors are committed to helping you make the most of your journey, but outcomes such as examination results depend on a range of factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, abusive behaviour, fraud, or any unlawful activity may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access, at our discretion.

All content on the platform, including trademarks, logos, text, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MentorAID Connect. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentorAID Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold MentorAID Connect harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Either party may terminate account access in line with the notice requirements set out in our related policies. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
